The Saint Joseph Chamber of Commerce Diplomats Club is hosting a ribbon cutting at the Salvation Army Booth Center tomorrow.
The newly remodeled Booth Center is an emergency shelter to families in need.
The Booth center ribbon cutting will be at 3 p.m. at 618 South Sixth Street in Saint Joseph.
